It is run by Hayden Viggiano through VIGGI’S FOOD TRUCKS, LLC, a Florida company, Sunbiz L26000123246. Public face is PhiloBot. Legal name stays the LLC. Not a rename. Not an xAI product.

Agents can read /llms.txt and /apply.json. Humans submit on /apply.html. The applicant of record stays the human. Hayden approves what gets sent onward. No silent submit to employers. No private chat scrape.
